★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responsive on WhatsApp. Good job, Fire Armour. Good service and support from Josephine. Brought in a faulty smoke detector (bought 1 year ago) and did a fuss-free 1-for-1 exchange. Even bought 2 more smoke detectors on the spot.
Look forward to future purchases and servicing my fire extinguishers (again) with them!

I need to replace some very old fire extinguishers. WhatsApp then and brought the old ones to their workshop.
They provided very good advice and service. They are responsive and helpful on their WhatsApp. Special mention to Josephine, excellent service from her! She explained how they will dispose of the old extinguishers. Then she explained the different types of extinguishers suitable for the home. Foam for kitchen and dry powder for the rest. She also advised on when I should check and service the extinguishers.
The prices for the extinguishers are very reasonable, probably the best that I can discover.
They are in an industrial area but not that ulu! Less than 2km from Jurong Point.
