★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service in booking of appointment, the details were well provided in the email beforehand. On the day the photographer (Joanna) was very helpful and professional. We had young kids who were moving a lot and it really took patience on behalf of the photographer to complete the photoshoot and capture the family chemistry so well! Highly recommended!

She was so patient with my entire family, very receptive to new ideas and super good with making everyone feel comfortable. We had so much fun and she was also laughing along with the family! :) Thank you!
ALSO -- for those thinking about booking.. So many places out there do not return all your photos, but Firefly does! This was my main criteria looking for a slot! We did 2 hours for $260 and it was really money well spent. They also have a small collection of graduation gowns for you to rent.
Many props as well if you need that to make people feel comfortable!

We were very comfortable with our photographer Wei Lin and other crew members also tagged in to help get my baby's attention during the shoot. The shoot was definitely affordable and worth it! We were glad that we made time to capture memories in the form of photos as a family. Thank you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Firefly for a family event on a Saturday. Daniel was the photographer. He was professional (messaged me beforehand to ask about the key moments, attendees etc; arrived early; alert throughout the 2+ hours he was with us) and friendly. For posed photos, he was experienced in guiding us and could build rapport with those being photographed (aged 2 to 70!). For candid shots, he managed to capture children at play. The output exceeded my expectations.
I am also impressed by Firefly's service. After filling in the online form, they got in touch quickly. Payment was fuss free. After the shoot, we received the unedited photos within a short time and are given time to choose photos for full editing, all within the package price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have changed booking several times, yet Daniel is responsive and made changes for us! I have used my voucher for redeem! Only top up 88$ to get all 200 photos taken. i didn’t expect much welcome as it was voucher! But firefly did their job professionally, and photos came up fulfilling wishes.
Actually we were in a confused state for preparing for the photo session and to select the options but leant a lot through their website. However if the photographer give any ideas it would be great to get relief from confusions from direct advise.
Photos outcome is appreciated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We redeemed M1 birthday voucher to have a family photography session with Firefly at MacRitchie Reservoir. On the day of photography, it was raining the whole day and the firefly crew, Phoebe, was very prompt in updating us on the situation on site hours before our session to let us decide to proceed or not. I was glad the weather cleared up and we managed to have the photography session.
Aifirth and Daniel were the photographers assigned to us. They were very professional and led us around the reservoir. They were very patient with my two children and gave good directions and ideas for the photoshoot.
The follow up was very prompt and we received the initial deck of photos within two days for review and selection. Happy with the photos, we topped up $88 to have all the photos returned to us in soft copy and 50 selected ones edited.
I took awhile to select the 50 photos and Aifirth took the initiative to preselect an initial deck to edit for me. Really appreciate the initiative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second time engaging Firefly Photography for family photoshoot. Can't remember the name of the first photographer, the second time photographer was Daniel. Both of them are awesome! They are very patient and know how to get my 1yo son's attention. We reached very early the first time and the photographer doesn't mind to start early. On the other hand, Daniel is a very detailed person, he guided us how to pose, where to put our hands and legs etc, he will also review the photos taken and improve on subsequent photos. We are very happy with the results. Every photos are so nice that we don't know what else to edit. If I were to take another family photoshoot, I will definitely go back to Firefly. And will definitely recommend Firefly to my friends!
