★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite dissatisfied with the service of this company. Mainly, they like to assume that there is a service contract between us and would pop up any time they choose to collect fire extinguishers for servicing without appointment. This happened all the time without fail, despite being told over and over again to call & make appointment first! I question this company's professionalism, with workers disrupting our schedule without much considerations all the time! One of the workers recently told me that this is how they operate and they have a lot of customers, implying that they do not have time to fix appointments and they do not care to do so. I sincerely hope they can buck up, there are really quite a number of choices out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very upset with the level of service received from the servicing guy. there were 7 fire extinguishers in my company. The servicing guy took away all 7 from different locations, for servicing, and without telling anybody replaced 5 temporary pieces (while they took 2 days to refill the gas). And when we called later to understand better, we received nothing but condescending replies.

Procedures and systems were properly explained to us which is a plus point as very few companies do.
Customer service and response time was also helpful and fast!
