★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Road to this centre is always jam with heavy traffic because the roads from all directions has one lane. There is no road exit at nearby Northstar Building and many heavy vehicles like container and buses are also moving along this road. There is no through road exit from Northstar Building & First Centre. Every vehicle that goes into this road has to come out from this road again.
Traffic lights and narrow lanes around First Centre is extremely congested and always long queue of vehicles at all times. Avoid this place if you can.

The only con is there is no aircon seating.
