We decided to go ahead with FPD due to Angela’s remarkable sales pitch during our initial meeting, her reassurance in generating a more promising results was why we decide to come onboard. After running the campaign, the campaign results has been disappointing. During our onboarding period, we have been transparent and straightforward in setting our objectives and expectations to the team. We have proactively seek the team out after monitoring the leads closely, to seek for solution. Cindy has been responsive in our feedback and promptly reply. However, an agency should not be expecting the client to drive the creative process and execution. The campaign solution was "hypothetically" presented and we hope the team can be more transparent moving forward. Looking forward to view an improvement in boosting up leads after setting up a more comprehensive campaign.
