β β β β β First Principles Education has helped me benefit in terms of my time management, exam management, memory work as well as note making. For note making, they used statistics to prove that a certain method of note making is effective to retain memory. Another way of retaining my memory is by creating a story or making a song. For exams, it is effective by not talking to my peers as it can help retain what I learn and apply for in the exam. For time management, they recommend the app Plantie to help me stay focused and not get distracted with my handphone. After downloading the app and not using my phone during the period Plantie is on. I can obtain points from it

β β β β β The workshop at Nan Chiau High School ran flawlessly and all of the study skills presenters from First Principles Education exceeded our expectations when it came to helping the students improve their study habits. This photo was taken by me and I really like this shot because it shows how much everyone was really into the workshops. Presenter Shu Hua from First Principles Education was also performing really well even though she was a fairly new presenter!

β β β β β The training was very well spaced out and the materials given are extremely helpful. Although it is quite structured, First Principles Education still allows us to be flexible when it comes to our content delivery.
The trainers, most notably Emil and Gary are extremely helpful with my doubts and worries.

β β β β β We had our memory skills workshop conducted in school a few weeks ago. It was super engaging and the study skills presenter we had was very energetic. I learnt so many different memory and study techniques and it was really helpful! I now have got more confidence in myself to learn on my own. Thank you Zi Jian and Edwin from First Principles Education for the awesome workshop. You guys are the best!

The interactions between the students and the presenters from First Principles Education was fantastic and engagement was at an all time-high. The skills taught were indeed highly applicable and I am thankful for such an opportunity. Will love to have more of such workshops in the future!
