β β β β β My kids switched from another instructor (at stage 2 and bronze) to Fitness Champs as their location was more convenient for us. What I like best about them is their regularly scheduled swimming tests which means that my kids could progress once they are ready individually instead of waiting like we once had to until all the kids in the group are ready for the next stage. Coach PK who taught them was really patient and corrected their strokes detailedly while training their strength and stamina in the pool. Within 2 years, both my kids have βgraduatedβ with their swimsafer gold certificates. Very happy to have found Fitness Champs and be under them. Thank you Coach PK for teaching my kids and thank you Coach Joyce for all the support and help these 2 years!

β β β β β I started taking private adult swimming class with Coach Joyce and the experience has been extremely pleasant. Coach Joyce is a dedicated instructor who shows care and concern for her student. I was struggling in the first few sessions, but Coach Joyce was encouraging and motivated me to work towards my fitness goals. Even when I was slower than expected in my progress, she has never given up.
Coach Joyce ignites my interest in swimming and then challenges me to work hard in order to stay healthy. Indeed, Coach Joyce has established herself as an instructor who always cares for her students and shares her passion with them.
Fitness Champs, thank you for having such a wonderful swimming instructor and I look forward to attending more of Coach Joyceβs classes!

If u feel like bein belittled and scolded every week, plz join...and yeah its a paid lesson for the worst customer service.

β β β β β Hello Coach Thomson and Fitness Champ Team, Thank you for your wonderful serviceβ¦. Coach Thomson is very good at teaching the techniques and helped me to make a considerable progress in a very few sessionsβ¦ I would appreciate his way of constantly monitoring individualβs progress and coaching accordingly. Before joining, I had difficulty in picking up the swimming but he made lessons engaging and more enjoyableβ¦.
Thank you!

β β β β β My son has been learning for about 2 months and I love how his water confidence has increased from "I'm gonna drown" to not hesitating a second to enter the pool during class every week. Coach Rocky is a very patient instructor and one can easily tell he is popular with the kids :)

β β β β β My children has been with Fitness champs since they were 7 and 6. It was 5yrs. 1stly, thanks to coach Joyce and her team. When I mentioned that my son only felt comfortable with female coach/instructor and was scared of open water initially. She is the one who trained him. Now, both of Brandon and Belinda has developed well in their swimming skills.
I'm 40. A 100% aquaphobia. It took me a few yrs to decided to signed up the lessons. From children, I know I put myself in the right hands.

β β β β β It has been more than 2 years that my child have been learning with fitness champ. Was been great all along before covid. While Covid started, fitness champ has modified their grouping countless time from 1-8 to 1-5, 1-2, 1-1 or even online swimming lessons. We have supported them even so as we have received email from them saying that their coaches have been badly affected due to the covid with unstable salary etc.
However, once SG Gov has started to ease the restrictions as time goes by especially from end of 2021. Two of my child were suddenly changed to different group, different coaches without being notified for few times. As we attended the new coach, one of my child were in Coach Jennifer group and she's pretty famous among parents as well as making the child cry no matter if boy or girl. My child has taken 2 doses of vaccinations and were been absent for 2 weeks after each dose. Due to swimming team doesn't care or concern about whether you child has been taken vaccine or not, we can only absent on our own as they don't give makeup class for that as well. My child was back to lesson after vaccination resting 2 weeks time as MOH has suggested. And the coach trained the child deadly by asking to swim back and forth continuously without resting moments. After 35 mins of swimming back and forth, we can clearly see that the child is swimming getting slower while the coach was focusing on another child for 35mins by pulling that child swimming board back and forth, and she taught the other 3 students by vocally shouting and instructed from far. Yet at the end of the lesson, she wasn't so pleased with the performance and scolded my child for swimming too slow and being asked to catch up with the speed. While all these has happened and being harshly treated just because she knew we have requested to change coach yet still couldn't get a chance and need to stick with her. I would like whoever in charge to know that no matter how we have requested to change, you all just fooling us around by giving us different answers with each time that we have requested. We have paid proper fees and even more than other during the 1-1, 1-2 lessons time. We have paid for our child to learn swimming and not for competitions. Not to get abuse in verbal or insult with fierce eyes. For parents of future swimmers, Fitness champ does have good coaches like Pk, Brenda who are kind and great coach. But beware of being treated badly if you happened to encounter with such coach or management team like Joyce who will totally neglect you after years of learning. But of course, they will treat you like a great guest when you just joined. Good Luck!

β β β β β I have been learning how to swim from Coach Joyce since last year till now. She is professional, patient and encouraging. She always says: β You have improved, keep up the momentum and have more confidence in yourself. Thank you, Joyce, for helping me overcome my fear of water and slowly master life skills. I would recommend Fitness Champ Swim School to children and adult learners who have a keen interest in learning the proper swimming techniques.
