Equipment are well maintained and sufficient. There is also a heavy bag and swimming pool available.
Location 1
Located at the top floor which is easily accessible via lift and escalator. The place itself doesn't feel too big or small and has a simple layout.
Customer Service 1
There are sufficient staff to cover the front desk in a fast manner with minimal wait times. There are a couple of friendly (and 1 hot!) personal trainers and desk staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not join this gym, unable to book gym access when I want to go as always fully book, even 1 minute after they are suppose to open to book.
The facilities themselves are fine but this matter is very annoying and already complaint several times and no solution was given.
This gym is quite expensive and they are not treating their custumers as they ahould..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Swimming pool with nice view of the surrounding sky scrapers and nice greenery. Great location that’s linked to jurong east station. Facilities are adequate but can get pretty packed on weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shared with Westgate front desk as to why I was canceling my membershp after 5 years:
1. Lousy trainer nicknamed Danny at Junction 10 which caused me to have injuries. I actually wrote a lengthly review on google maps but they managed to hide it. No tracking of progression of weights lifted.
I left negative feedback on the FF junction 10 page and was blocked.
2. Hard to book classes due to 46 hours limit and limited slots.
3. The personal trainer, Danny at Junction 10 chose to argue with me by whatsapping and the sales manager, Maz even defended him at first.
Giving westgate 2 stars because at least front desk bothered to reply to my email professionally without attacking me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can never book the class on the app! Always full and if you wanna maintain your membership even you don’t wanna go. You need pay 30 per months. If you wanna terminate the membership earlier even if it’s u r not satisfied at all you need to pay half the membership fee!!!!! How this kind of contract exists!

Nice and clean, friendly staff.
Sufficient equipments HOWEVER!!!
BE WARNED!!! getting bookings Mayb impossible.
Try booking 24-44hours in advance and you’ll see the slots would have been booked up. To the point where there maybe 6 or more people on the waiting list.
Hence the 2 star rating, the reality is when you are paying over $160++ and not being able to utilise what you’re paying for.
