★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was intimidated by the concept of EMS TBH as I've seen the videos of people looking like it was really hard.
But the trainers will do a quick assessment, body composition analysis and will explain to you what you need to do to achieve your goals.
They will also customise the frequency based on what you can tolerate. It was a really efficient way to work out. They have very friendly packages and if you have a friend, you can opt for the buddy package which is cheaper, plus you have an accountability partner to go with in your journey to a stronger and fitter you!
