Excellent. The courses were charged reasonably and were coached well. They even distribute bows and custom make them to ensure that the bow is the right fit for you. By the way, at TheGrimblaze, I do not think their service was rude to you. I believe that they were trying to explain to you that you had to take some measurements to get a bow that was a right fit and you misunderstood them. It is not their fault.

I had a great time learning archery there thanks to the coaches. The only thing that I didn't like was the distance you need to travel to get there.

Really enjoyed learning from Flaming Arrows and their coaches! I have been shooting with them for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Did my Basic Archery Course in 2019 under the instructorship of Carissa. Carissa was patient and effective at delivering the course, which I enjoyed throughout. I was keen to continue practicing target archery after my basic course. Unfortunately, COVID-19 happened. Post-COVID, I was eager to resume target archery, and this is where my experience went downhill. I emailed in on 2 Jun 2022 to sign 2 of my friends up for the Weekend Course commencing on 19 Jun but did not get a response. Followed up via WhatsApp several times over the next 2 weeks without getting a response, despite the other party appearing as ‘Online’ frequently. Eventually called in to find out that the course was fully subscribed. During the call, Whitney asked if I had emailed in - if so, perhaps my email had gone into her junk mail, which I found questionable as I had liaised with her over email in 2019. A simple response informing me that the course was fully subscribed would have been greatly helpful. TLDR version: Flaming Arrows is a place with great instructors, if you manage to get through their email or line. That said, the customer service leaves much left to be desired. Edit: I’m no longer welcomed at Flaming Arrows (likely after Whitney saw my initial 3-star review).
