Kenthy is very responsive and has great working attitude. He effortlessly arranges all the different reno works well, stages by stages, back to back, without comprising on the reno works and delivering them on time. This clearly shows us the level of his professionalism, with precise and accurate decision making in the process of all the coordinations. Kenthy puts in his 110% heart and effort to the job even though its just a minor renovation. Another thing to highlight is that the whole renovation was done with us staying in. Kenthy really ensures the orderly of the works at the end of everyday, with proper housekeeping and tidiness in mind at all times, always accommodating to us who are living in the house. We engaged Flo Design not because they are the cheapest , partly they have good reviews in this platform. Our ID is Sharon , she is responsible and responsive, thus we are able to complete the renovation cycle in time and on schedule as planned . That is very important . Sharon will try her best to solve the teething issues along the way , that we highly appreciate . Overall workmanship is good , she has good and reliable subcontractors . We are satisfied with the outcome as per her design .

We are glad that we decided to engage Flo Design, Sharon Toh as our ID. The whole experience was marvelous and she is so committed, responsible and dedicated. Without us worrying, she was able to handle everything single details and kept updating us the progress of the reno with a detailed and accurate work task schedules. Her suggestions and recommendations were all practical and customed to our needs. She is so detailed and her follow-up was prompt and efficient. Not only her, her company's carpenter (Alvin) did a great job and painter, plumber, electrician and tiler were all fantastic and professional. We wish to thank all of them for making our home to a higher level. We love it so much.

We have met up a few IDs and we decided that Hannah from Flo Design is the right choice as she is the only one who can understand the design concept we wanted and I think most importantly she is experience in this field and she know the latest design trend. We are very satisfied with outcome of our home done by her. Hannah is always on time, efficient in her work, provide clear update of renovation status to us, and very responsive in our enquires. Great people management skill as she was able to handle well her onsite team thus making this renovation smoothly amidst the Covid restrictions. The timeline we given her was short and we are delighted and satisfied that she is able to hand over the house before the deadline. Went through a few IDs before selecting Flo Designs solely because of Kelvin Li. From the first meeting, he took time to explain and made sure we are at ease during the meeting. No hard selling, just purely trying understand our needs and wants for our new home. We truly appreciate the patience and effort for everything he does to make sure we are assured and had no worries. He was responsive and responsible for everything, start, end to post reno, providing updates and checking in as and when. He never pressures and provides practical advice. Never regretted any part of our decision by going with Kelvin from Flo. Upon reflecting, we would think his main goal was not to reap profit but to build a relationship with his clients, and I think he totally nailed it with us. Thank you Kelvin for your wonderful service, truly recommend him if you need a practical and responsible interior designer, one that is open, easy to talk to, cares and considers your needs and wants properly.

Our renovation process was smooth sailing all thanks to Sharon. She coordinated well with all the vendors and the vendors/contractors they engaged were all reliable and skilful. Her recommendations and proposals on the interior were useful, practical, honest and pretty much customised to cater to our preference and taste. Even after the completion of the reno, if there were any areas that need her to look into, she would response and offered to get her vendors to check. After sales service is good. We are grateful for her help and assistance and you will be in good hands if you have her as your ID consultant. Generally if anyone reads their review you will gather that this firm has a really good team that is reliable, dependable and pricing are transparent. They meet all the requirements that one would want when looking for an ID/ firm.

We went through a selection of few IDs before we shortlisted Flo Design. They were not the cheapest but we decided to go ahead with them as we feel that Kenthy was attention to details and had suggested a design addressing to our needs. Throughout the whole renovation process, Kenthy had provided professional advices on tiles selection, furniture, lightings etc. Even with the current pandemic, he had worked closely with the subcon to ensure works are completed on time. He is always on the site providing us updates on the progress. Needless to say, workmanship is good! Thanks to Kenthy and Flo Design for creating our dream home for us!

We met up with five IDs from different firms before engaging Flo Design to renovate our resale hdb. The quotation they gave us was not the lowest but Kenthy and Dennis gave us a good impression that we believed we could entrust our house to them. Indeed they were very professional in carrying out their work and also very pleasant to work with. They were responsive and attentive to our queries and requests, giving constructive suggestions from time to time. We were lucky that the Covid situation didn't affect our reno progress much, thanks to Kenthy and Dennis as they tried their best to meet the timeline, sometimes even worked until late night. Though there were one or two small hiccups, they managed to handle them without any delay. Overall, our renovation journey was a smooth and pleasant one. We are satisfied with the workmanship and service provided. Our daughters are happy with their beautiful bedrooms. Would highly recommend Flo Design!
