Flowers are pretty and fresh and mum is happy. $58 for a small bunch of bouquet, find it to be a tad expensive. But i guess all flowers are like that... Overall a good experience with seamless communication with owner. Thank u! ~

They fulfilled a last-minute, same-day order promptly and professionally. The flowers used were (and are still) extremely fresh. So much so that one week on plenty more buds have opened and the basket looks even better today than it did on the day of delivery. I would definitely buy again. Thanks guys!

Florist with compassion, they have contacted me and did a service recovery. Some lilies were sent to me - beautiful. They care and value their customers' feedback and genuinely want to turn a disappointed customer, into a happy and satisfied customer. Admirable trait!

And this morning, 20 Sept, flowers went south further. This is not an honest florist. Dont order from them cos of their flowers of of poor quality. And I paid $148 for this depressive arrangement .

Thank God for Flora Moments! Had a fantastic experience because: 1. Their website is easy to use and had very clear photos of each product. 2. Selection and checkout was effortless. 3. They were super responsive and helpful when I followed up via WhatsApp, despite it being the end of the day. 4. They expedited my order and delivered it under 3 hours. 5. Sent me a photo of the finished product before it went out. As a bonus, found out they are a Shopify merchant. Thank you again Flora Moments on making a sad occasion just that little bit easier to manage during such times.

I have used this shop before (not roses) and it was pretty decent so, not sure what has changed recently but the roses I received didn't bloom and are already severely wilting/dying 2 days later. I had cut the stems/ daily water changes/ etc. For what I paid, definitely will look elsewhere as these didn't even last longer than a grocery store bouquet (Last photo).
