Also very creative in tailoring different products to cater for different levels of spending power. Definitely value for money. They have a wide range of preserved florals with different colour palettes. Also offers fresh flowers. Boutique is spacious and a delight to visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Floral Kokoro is a special boutique that I'm glad I came across. I was looking for dried preserved flowers with customised arrangement and a search led me here with good results. There are various price points for customisation that can fit different budgets. The boss / contact person took initiative to gather the requirements, especially the area where the flower vase was placed so as to match the surroundings. She was very responsive in replies and provided day/night pictures as well as reasons for the selected colour combination. The results speak for themselves - they look as good as fresh flowers and I'm happy that my family is able to enjoy them for even months to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service and creativity. I entered an incorrect delivery date and discovered the mistake 2 days prior to delivery. Not only were they very accommodating, but they also tweaked the arrangement to ensure freshness.
I also received photos of the arrangement a day before delivery as promised.
I gave them a budget, a recipient profile and allowed them to create something. The end result was very appreciated by the recipient.
Definitely, my go to florist henceforth and I wish them the best in these difficult times. Two thumbs up.
