Rude owner and terrible teachers. Impatient and simply have no consideration for students.

Piano used for ABRSM exam badly tuned (few keys in higher octaves completely out of tune on exam day), very poor projection of sound from piano and piano poorly maintained on the whole. Very rude service by owner (Florence) and the woman at the reception. They attempted to increase photocopying charges for the unaware customer (charging twice as much compared to normal charges), owner Florence raised her voice at customer when questioned about the high charges, and unreasonable increase in charges was only dropped subsequently when customer wanted to file a complaint to CASE. Customer service beyond appalling, questionable business ethics and poorly-maintained equipment. Please avoid this music school at all cost.
