I was attended by your staff, Vincent, where I requested to get my own fake flowers to put together with the bear. Vincent accepted and even gave me at very reasonable price. The service was efficient. Received the bouquet and was very satisfied with the outcome! My friend was very pleased with the grad bouquet too! :-) Thank you so much for the pleasant transaction.
