This is the worst caterer we had ever encountered in Singapore. One can hardly get to speak with a human via the mainline or get a return message via WhatsApp. So don't ever expect to get any help if it is urgent. Signed a 20 day package @$310.30 for 3 pax with 4 dishes. The caterer provided a menu which only show 2 dishes with another 2 given at random. Not only that they don't follow their daily menu, the portion for 2 out of the 4 dishes are always good for just 1 person. Cheap processed / canned food like fishcakes, french fries, braised peanuts, baked beans, scrambled eggs, luncheon meat, etc. was given instead of fresh cooked food. The scheduled delivery time is between 4pm-7pm and we always get our food near 7pm. On the last 4 days, it came at 7.30pm. On the last second day, we had to throw away the green vegetable that tasted like twigs (can't even bite and swallow), the rest of the 3 dishes looked like leftovers and tasted like dregs. And the best part is that we did not even get our food on the last day! We had to give an ultimatum (i.e. police report) before they are willing to refund us for the last day's missing order... still waiting for the refund... Buinesses are there to make a profit, I do understand, but please don't con and dupe your customer in this manner!

I ordered for Lunch and Dinner 20days package. The caterer make it a point to change the menu for one of the meal so we do not have repeated dishes in a day. My family enjoyed the dishes alot. The soup is nice and I like every Wednesday special menu. Will continue to cater from them.. Good Job!

It's the worst tingkat catering service provided. With minimum of 10days tingkat service. We have placement for dinner service and yet it has continuously deliver to us at 2.55pm which is more like a late lunch timing. Food was later cold and tasteless. We have even send in our feedback but they did not act on it. They act ignorant of not seeing our whatapp message, you can't missed it unless you really have many complaints from unhappy customers. We request for the refund on the remainder service not provided but they are unable to do anything about it. Seriously, the food deliver was way bad then expected and I would rather tabao(order) from outside then continuing with such terrible tingkat service.

The worst caterer I ever patronized. Uses lot cheap ingredients like peanuts, luncheon meat, fried Tau Kwa, pig skin,ikan bilis etc. Ordered 4 dishes and 3 of them uses these cheap ingredients. Quality of food is also very poor. Food was delivered around 10.30am and consumed around 11 but some of the dishes had already turned sour by then. Called and texted to complain but no one responded. Very unethical and unprofessional caterer. Do not trust the good reviews posted on foodline for this caterer as you will regret it later. Beware and try it at your own risk!

Solid catering from Fong Fu. Their food taste is perfect and just right, not too salty. The personnel was also very helpful in assisting in our orders. Will cater food from them again.

First time ordering tingkat and plesantly surprised with the taste and variety. Food quality is consistent and it saves you all the trouble of cooking. Food is not overly salted ?

Food and service standard is superb. Fast response to my enquiries. The caterer is flexible and accommodating to my request when I place order for Tingkat.

Tried many caterers, but decided to stay with Fong Fu. Their food quality is good for the price and seasoning is quite consistent. They are also very accommodating to my requests.
