Worst food delivery company in the planet. Driver and customer service equally incompetent. Driver never delivered the food, yet on the app said delivered. Contact helpline, the customer service unable to solve the problem and I have to keep asking to refund my money because I don’t get the order. Yet the customer service simply didn’t understand the problem. No rocket science here. And finally I got my refund but to the foodpanda wallet instead of to my original payment method which was credit card. I been told it was by default when there was a refund. This is morally and ethical incorrect. This is a highly dishonest company, out there to cheat the customer money to make up their own revenue losses.

Never ever ever ever going to order from foodpanda ever again. Of the limited time I order from foodpanda. The food is ALWAYS LATE. We preordered the food 3 days in adv for a corporate event and timing could never been met. Highly advise to order on your own risk.

Delivery time says 40 min. When I do not get my delivery 40 min later and check the app only to see the timer has gone up to 90-120min and keeps climbing as time goes on. Once waited 4 hours for my dinner which arrived at my place at 11pm. It is one thing if my food is going to take a long time to be delivered but for app to show me one time but later gets shifted later and later without notification, or confirmation is just a disrespect to my time, tolerance and money. This has happened all the time as of late. Not toention my order is almost never correct.

Maybe I am lucky, I have been using foodpanda for years and have never gotten bad service from them. Their customer support is responsive and fast. Unlike grab and delivery, they easily give vouchers for minor spills and such. I still remember being cheated of $70+ from grab CS for an order that was not delivered. And pandamart is the best. Lifesaver many a time for me and my family. A few pointers: Use COD option if possible. That way if any issues, then the rider needs to contact you for any issues. Enter correct address with proper unit number. Give a tip even $1 or $2 is good. Actions speak louder than words. If you tip regularly, riders put in extra effort for your order. My regular rider gave me 2 beers once to apologise for 15 min delay due to restaurant having many orders. Don't spam the rider asking where is my order, why take so long. Remember they need to ride/drive to you. It's not safe to ride and type If you stay condo, answer your intercom, or meet them at your guardhouse if it isn't working

I didn’t even offend the rider, but he deliberately dropped my order on the floor right in front of me when I was just standing beside him. When I opened it, the drink spilled all over.. I waited at the lift lobby to receive my order because I have a dog that will bark at strangers and my baby is sleeping. The rider arrived and when I wanted to get my order from him, he just ignored me and continued to walk down the corridor to my unit, I explained the situation (about my dog and baby) and he just walked passed me and said he needs to take a photo at my door(which is not standard protocol cause none of the rider ever took a photo of the order at the door) I offered to help take the photo but he just ignored me and went ahead, I said it in a casual tone like I was trying to have a conversation with him, I didn’t even offend him in anyway but was treated super rudely.

Had been using foodpanda for my food delivery ever since the start of the pandemic and found the services reasonable and acceptable. However, in recent times, I noticed that the estimated delivery time had been extremely accurate. Also, I noticed that the app forces me to order my food & drinks from a further destination from my home than the one nearest to my location which is quite confusing to me. Also, I checked with my rider and he apologized for the late delivery because he had a stack of 5 orders/locations to deliver - this I am not sure if it's a norm. All in all, I hope that there will be further improvement to the product? I don't think I will stop using the app but I hope this review can serve as a constructive qualitative feedback. Cheers~.

I tried to cancel my order (which was 110 dollars) right after I placed the order, but it was not possible to cancel it through the foodpanda app for some reason. I directly called the vendor to cancel the order but the vendor was not able to get me refund and asked me to contact foodpanda. After calling the foodpanda customer service, the customer service staff said he needs to escalate the issue to a specialist and said that the specialist will call me in next several hours. During the phone call, the specialist said there is no way to get refund for my order because the order status is already been delivered, so I need to contact the vendor by myself again. I was very frustrated but ended the call and contacted the vendor again and asked for the cancellation of my order. However, the vendor said he also cannot cancel the order because the foodpanda disabled the cancel button. I tried to call the foodpanda again but they are not answering. I tried to contact them for 3 days but maybe they just banned my phone number whatsoever. I did not get any products for my order and my 110 dollars just went away. Never use this app again. They are all fraud that just want to take customers' money

My order was not delivered. One of the customer service providers offered me to refund my money first but I declined so she suggested me if I can wait another 30 minutes and they will arrange another delivery for me. I accepted the offer but after waiting, I received a call again and told me that they have refunded my money!! And worst they transferred it on my panda pocket without asking me first. I transferred it into my account after. I thought everything was fine until I found out the refund was deducted again by food panda. I have been chasing them for a month but all they reply me is "apology". They even told me they refunded my money back even if I keep telling them I did not receive it. Until I checked my statement of account coz I needed to verify and give them the benefit of the doubt. I've found out the refund was not sent back into my account and was indeed deducted. I made this review not just because of a refund but because of my bad experience with this app. I was sick at that time and they never provided me at least a good experience at all.
