★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An "ok" POS system at best, which is fine if you are a small outfit / F&B chain. There are in fact more reliable and established POS systems out there, with almost zero downtime.
Secondly, questionable integrity when most of the 5-star reviews are in fact from employees and friends themselves, not real users.... hmmmmmm.......

I have learned a lot from them as they patiently guided me throughout my internship. And Food Zaps always giving their best to their customers and is always ready for their customer based on their product enquiries or upgrading of their product for better usage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foodzaps have a very good after sales support! There’s also Whatsapp group chat created with their technicians support in it too. Any issues/questions we have can all be raised, response time was efficient be it remote help or on site help. Staffs were friendly, helpful and patient. Strongly recommended if you intend to use a POS system for a long time.
