Came back to amend my review from 3 star to 1, as Google didn't allow 0 star. My hair cut is a mess and my color is a total FAIL. Should have been careful reading the quality of reviews. My hair cut was nothing but random thinning scissors cut, now that I think of it, was a likely attempt to lesson my hair so they can save on hair color. I may be wrong about why they cut hair the way they did, but its one of the most terrible hair cut I have had. My highlight looks cheap, and she had the cheek to tell me that its my base color, which is a total lie because i have never dyed my hair red before. The highlight is so bronze and red and I HATE it so much! I will not patronise this lousy salon even if they did my color for FREE. First and LAST Below was my initial same-day review: First time dye and highlights at this salon. Good and fast service but I wouldn't recommend the hair cut here. My hair cut was done very quickly so outcome was expectedly so-so. Hair services are reasonably charged but lots of hidden top up if you're not careful.

I have visited this hairstylist multiple times for years . Ms. Vivien has been handling me and my family hair cut for decades and we have never been dissapointed by Ms. Vivien touch. For rebonding and highlighting, Ms. Vivien has charge us at the reasonable pricing. There was a time when it was quite busy as there were people coming to store. However, it was only Vivien that was working. I was quite understanding but a review that said the waiting time was so long and even though they made an appointment with the salon, they still have to wait. People should also consider the people who walk in also as not just people who make appointment only can come to the salon. I also waited for Vivien to get my hair done but it was worth it. Overall, I had a good experience.

Saw this salon upon my google search and decided to give it a try. It's conveniencely located and easy to find. I was attended by Vivien. Nice and friendly lady. I went there for my hair cut and colour. She gave me advised on what to do and finally I decided on doing highlights instead which compliments with my hair cut. I love the cut and the colour. Vivien is transparent with the cost and most importantly for me there is No Hard Selling! Thank you and this is my go to salon now in Bedok area. Keep up the good work!

This is my second time coming here. The first time I did hair rebonding & colouring and it was sooooo pretty + affordable. Recently, I came to do their keratin treatment. I am loving it so far. What I like about this salon is their hospitality, knowledge & affordability. Since the services I paid for took many many hours, they even offered me snacks! They are extremely knowledgeable in explaining every step + telling me about the condition of my hair. This will then allow them to decide if the service i opt for is suitable for me. The services are also extremely affordable compared to other salons. I will surely come back to this place considering the hairstylists there are welcoming and friendly too :)

I did keratin treatment. I need to compliment on your staff Joyce she is so professional. Her work was excellent! With much patience she handled me ..when i reach there i was pretty much upset but when i left the place i was so much please with her work .once again her service very excellent..I am very much happier with my hair now and will frequently visit the store for her pleasant service..thank alots Joyce.. lots of ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

I'm so lucky I got choose this salon in Google to experience a new hairstyle for myself.I can't thanked enough Ms. Vivien for being so patient throughout the whole processes,rebonding, colouring and cutting. My hair was not easy to handle because it's wavy and curly but end up she did a very good job. I was so amazed for the outcome and makes me look 10 years younger. For anyone who wants a new hairstyle,new look,I recommend Ms.Vivien from Forest Salon,you will not regret,she is very helpful and friendly. And offered me a piece of chocolate and a bottle of water because I was so hungry? Thank you.

Chanced upon Forest Salon on my Google search for soft rebonding . Booked an appointment. Admin response was speedy with full details of location, direction and pricing . Was attended to by stylist Joyce . She was holding the fort alone as other colleagues were on leave . She can really multi tasked efficiently giving attention to me and another customer yet able to greet all walk in . Kudos to Joyce for her efficiency and good attitude . This is the kind of staff most employers would want to hire. I shared with my sisters on the pleasant encounter and the good affordable pricing . She will book an appointment for next week . Definitely will refer to my network. Keep up the excellent service ! ?????

First time patronising and also dyeing my hair at a salon. Booked through the website after calling and WhatsApp-ing the contact number of the salon. Had quite a few question and the staff were very polite and helpful. I was assigned to the stylist Vivien and she was very patient when I consulted her on what colours to dye, asking for which would suit me better and the hair cut I preferred. Throughout my experience, Vivien always told me what she would do next to assure me despite she had to multitask between a few customers (went on a Saturday and book my appointment on the same day, 2 hours before). Vivien did not try to hard sell any salon products and before she started, she was very clear on the pricing and there were no sudden cost add ons. Really enjoy the service and the staff were even so nice to offer directions on finding their salon too!
