★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place for photography. even though it is a restricted area for the public, photographs from the outside still provide a great photograph that showcases the hospital's abandoned ruins. Oh yeah btw its haunted so don't go there at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beautiful old hospital. Locked behind gates and cameras yuck. authorities should open it for exploration. because now it's just rotting there, at least let thrillseekers thrillseek. an upgrade or conversion to commercial facility is quite unwelcome. moreso the demolition won't be tolerable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5* for Creepiness. You don't have to go in by taking bus passby along Netheravon Road you can see the building stood at the hill top which make your goosebump stand and actually the whole area toward changi village look creepy not only the old hospital. My advise not to sneak into the premises out of curiousity because you're actually disturbing those from another world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long time since i visit this place. Back in 2012 and 2007 I climbed in twice with friends. 2nd time climbing in they actually had trip wires (first time i ever encountered in SG) that would trip the alarm when you entered. No police or security came in despite us tripping the alarm that day so we proceeded to explore.
This place is genuinely only for the daring at night. On both occasions it happened that our group had booked a chalet nearby and after a couple of drinks we got bored of mahjong and decided to embark on our excursion. I distinctly remember one friend falling twice at a "slippery spot" right beside the vacant elevator shaft. From the outside it's extremely deceiving the size of this place. When you enter from the ground floor after climbing the gate you will pass a hallway which is reminiscent of the hall of schools in the 90s (and earlier) with the metal shutters and parquet flooring, as well as a huge column where a lift used to be. I assume that hall was where new patients waited to be "processed". At the end of the walkway you will find a staircase, which goes 4 to 5 stories down. If you were to visit in the day, the natural light would still be weak once you went into the lower levels. When we were going down and exploring each level individually, it did feel like forever, like there was always one more floor to explore, or were we just tripping lol?
Most of the doors on the lower floors are still intact and it's scary but also interesting to push them open and see what lies behind. We explored many rooms although we never did find the mortuary on both attempts as most of my friends, even the most daring, got very uncomfortable at some point. I was drunk out of my mind both times so it never bothered me anyways but I do remember this place giving me a feeling like no other "haunted" place in Singapore can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't go inside, but you can feel the history from the outside. But I don't recommend going at night. A mysterious phenomenon may occur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a way to go inside once on my own. At first it was an interesting sight but after exploring deeper into that hospital I noticed a black figure following me from the back.Managed to come out of the compound alive but when I looked back I saw that same figure by the stairs looking at me. Would not recommend anyone to go in there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blocked, cannot get inside but from the look of it it is like a haunted house! Old Changi Hospital. But it was a interesting wall up the Halton road from the Loyang Ave cos there are old British army barracks in this area.
