Worst ever hair experience in my entire life. It was so bad i never even think this is possible in singapore. The male hair dresser came into the salon abit later. Rechecked our fave. Then nightmare begin. He was ridiculously rude, talked down to us and snatched and snaped the hair color dye book few times at us. His impatience is plastered all over his face. He walked away when we were still talking to him. Furthermore the salon had no one yet he kept harping on us and accuse us of not telling him both of us wanted to dye hair. He repeatedly blames us despite us saying that we were willing to wait. Really rude. The way he cut my hair was so rowdy. To clear the cut hair, he used his handle and shake my hair to remove it. What barbaric way to treat to handle someone's head. Not only was his attitude bad. His knowledge was poor too as he repeatedly say "i dont know" or outright deny our past experiences with good hair salons. Then as i tried to explain that i wanted a not so intense black hair dye, he just shut off and said "idk what you talking" So as we begin. He rudely toss the sheet that protects our shirt, over to me and over my phone. To my wife too. Not a single word of excuse. Plus not forgetting, he was very rough to both my wife and me. The lady that washes our hair was good and nice though. The male hair dresser was ridiculous as he wanted to cut my wife fringe when its dripping wet. At the last part of the hair service, he had roughly pushed my wife's shoulders to sit her straight. Did not indicate or signal. Just roughly pushed her. And lastly swung her chair around roughly again without saying a word. I wanted to leave from the start but because we had a important event happening that we couldn't afford the time to find a available salon nearby. Plus the voucher was redeemed. If you still intend to use their service, atleast avoid the Caveman with the bun hairstyle.

I went there with only meagre hope of what to expect. I have never been quite a satisfied customer of my haircut until more recently. Under my friend's recommendation, I looked for Irene. Irene is this petite size lady with bleached hair, highly recognisable. Like the usual hair salon, just that this salon is really small, we were offered a big bag to contain our shopping bags, a stand to perch our handphones and of cos tea. This was quite unexpected, given the size of the salon. Next, Irene discussed very patiently with us on the type of hairstyle we wanted. She is good. From the way she cut my hair and all, I could gauge that she is very experienced. I was not expecting very much hence I just told her what I need and I proceeded off for my haircut. My companion was the fussy one. She was determined to get exactly what she wanted and would asks lots of questions to get to what she wants, very detailed oriented, I would say. I had already begun with my wash and she was still in a debate with Irene on what she wanted. The wash was an alright one but don't expect things like a good massage and all, I won't think it's comparable to the good ones I have from Freddie@ Hair Buzz (The best) and Kimage (Hougang) . What I did not quite like included things such as - Irene cutting my hair when it was so drenched. I have water splattering on my face and the mirror. I have super thick and long hair. Oh yeah, I think the new guy handling his equipment was also not very experienced. He would suddenly knock hard against my shoulder or face with his heavy equipment without him relizing about it. I also did not quite like the part where they just swing their trolleys aside and it ended up knocking the back of my chair. Maybe I am a bit selfish about such things. But what was good was that they were very patient in explaining the steps and answering your questions. I must also say that I noticed that the boss, William was also very detailed in his communications to his customers. A 20 sth girl came in and requested for blue and green highlight. I was aghast but he explained to the girl that it wasn't the in thing and the colour will fade and it will not turn out very nicely. But still, the girl wanted it. As I was doing a rebonding and Perm, I had the "privilege" of sitting there for the next 6-7 hours and got to observe how good their business was. I happened to see that the hair cut that William provided are quite good I must say. In total, I spend $256 - $220 for the perm and rebonding and another $36 for 2 treatments, before and after. pricey but like the effect. I left as quite a satisfied customer.

William is the best for creating waves and curls just by layering. Colleagues and I have always ended up coming back to him ( I am a last minute person so difficult to get appointment with William sometimes with his busy schedule ). It has been over 2o years since and I still think he does the best layering, certamic perm ( lasted nicely for 2 years for my long tresses then ).

William is a transformational hair stylist! He can hide hair problem and bring youthfulness ? love his very confident cutting skill! Every hair cut by him is amazing. Every colouring is best for the hair and personality, so listen to him. He is a hidden gem in Far East plaza?? Continue the good work, William and team ??
