Very nice attraction and hiking spot!! It has very informative info boards and even audio in certain rooms. The tunnels were a very unique experience. It was also very exciting to see all the huge cannons and lifelike figurines. I would definitely recommend coming by here for an outdoor walk and exploration. The staff situated around were also very friendly and helpful with the directions.

Fort Siloso is a decommissioned coastal artillery battery, made up of 12, that formed β€œFortress Singapore” at the outbreak of WWII and saw combat action during the Battle of Singapore. The fort has been converted into a public military museum. Fort Siloso was finally gazetted on 15 February 2022, the same date when British forces surrendered the β€˜impregnable fortress’ of Singapore to the Japanese army. Historic places, clean and well-maintained.

Happy to see part of our history restored in Sentosa. Reminds us that Gen. Percival was defending Singapore from the wrong end of the island. The Japanese invaded from the north... ??‍♂️..... The last time we visited was more than 20 years ago.

Went up the skywalk on a clear afternoon and the view of the neighboring islands were picturesque. Relaxing experience away from the crowd ? My last visit to Fort Siloso was when I was a teenager - it is a good experience to relive the heritage and history of our state besides the great scenery.

Fort Siloso is a great place to take a break from the typical activities in Sentosa such as the beach, drinks, and USS. There is a lot of good information about the history of Singapore during WW2. The exhibits do a good job of describing the situation in that time period and the tunnels make you feel you were there.

It is a historical place. Well maintained and tidy. It will not be bored to stay here quite long enjoying the silence and the good view it offers. The ambience is very nice. We can learn many things there, better call this as a museum but there is no guide who can tell the story of this fort.

I didn't really know anything about Singapore's history, until now. There were both things to see and museum elements around which provided context and history. It was cool to look at, but really liked learning about the history, and understanding where the Singapore pride and nationalism was formed.
