My favourite brand for beancurd products, especially their Pasar Tau Kwa. Can find at major supermarkets, very convenient!

My greatest source of protein dish and I love to steam it. Soft and silky tofu that has a fragrant bean taste, provided me with a guilt-free meal on its own to savour. Matched perfectly with the low sodium soy sauce from Kikkoman Singapore. Thumbs up!

My husband and I recently tried the new soya beancurd (Tau Fu Fa) - both original and almond flavour. They tasted pretty good. In fact, we bought it again after our 1st try and accompanied the beancurd with some canned longan. While the dessert tasted good, opening the protective cover of the tofu casing was very painful. Either the cover splits into 2 layers or we only managed to tear the plastic around the container. It was messy and frustrating. We ate direct from the packaging the first time - syrup was dripping all over our hands after struggling with the plastic wrapping.. The tofu also sticks to the plastic casing so pouring it out nicely into a bowl (2nd attempt) was also a futile effort although it was less messy eating it. After 4 tries of frustration with opening the packaging, my husband and I decided we won’t be buying these again in the near future. We really hope this feedback will be reviewed and that the packaging quality is improved. So frustrating that we didn’t even take photos. We just quickly ate up the messy tofu and washed up.
