Staff is very good and professional.
I was with my kid and in a hurry I forgot my mobile at the counter, or eating area. I really appreciate the sincerity of Staff Mr. Suresh M. Who had kept it safely and returned it to me when I went back to the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor servIce, that too on a Friday. I was in the queue for more than 45 mins and the lady at the counter was too slow. When inquired as to why the second counter is not open, she had no answer. Can u believe that.

The dinosaur themed rice meal looks interesting with dinosaur shaped food (nuggets or something?).
The nachos is literally a packet of nachos + warm cheese. The choice of cheese brand could have been better.
Also ordered the Fanta slushie, was quite average too. Would have been better if it’s more like 7-eleven’s slurpee.
It would have been an ok meal except that the seating area is rather unhygienic with birds flying around (waiting for food perhaps?) and there’s some bird poop on some table/chair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They let people sweat in hot sun though another outlet is still there but dont want to open open people are weatimg in Hot almost 40 over degree wose customer service and empathy ever i saw ..and staff rude dont want to listen ..and keep ignoring. But want to redeem voucher and keep adding bill as cant redeem all due to some reason which is not clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinosaur “egg” rice ball and dinosaur-shaped nuggets are cute. Taste is mehhhh. Just a pretty soulless meal decorated by copious amounts of bonito flakes, mayo, etc.
Hygiene is a major problem. They shut down a nice air-conditioned restaurant nearby but serve food at this bird-infested outdoor place. Those mynahs are just waiting to swoop down upon trays left unattended, with no effort on the staff’s part in chasing them away.
