I opted for them to paint for me as well and the paint job was very well done - better than I expected. No hard selling - they just explained to me and let me decide which areas I want to treat. Effective treatment too. I only treated my MBR - it’s now free of booklice. But the booklice escaped into my MBR toilet (I opted not to rectify the toilet and they didn’t push it on me). So I’m getting them back again to fix my MBR toilet. Good experience, good job done.

We were very stressful over the issue I would like to thanks Nicolas for the prompt replies and explaining everything in detail such as the chemical that will be used and the steps to get rid of the booklice and the mould. Very knowledgeable. The following week, Ken and his team arrived on time to treat the mould and booklice. They helped to put the plastics for our furnitures and floor to minimise any mess or damage to our furniture. They were also kind enough to explain to us what they are doing and going to do next. I was still worried if it (booklice & mould) will come back but the team infd me that as long as there is no moulds the booklice will gradually decrease. It was very assuring and I feel relief. They gave me advice and tips which was very useful. . They also gave warranty so I can anytime count on them if I have any issue with the ceiling (*fingers crossed hopefully not ?). Excellent work done by the team. Thank you so much!

I had spoken with about seven different mold removal and odor removal companies in Singapore, and their specialists were the most well-informed and thorough that I had spoken with. They were very upfront with the problem and very detailed in their description of how they would treat it taking into consideration my tight timelines and strict requirements. I really appreciated the virtual consultation they did at no charge and responsiveness even during the evening time in chatting over WhatsApp. When they arrived at my house they were quick to the job and stayed extra time to even treat other areas at no additional charge. They were the only company that I spoke with that Gabby free three month warranty in the event that I was not satisfied with the work. Needless to say I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for mold and odor removal services! You can see the attached before and after photos they’ve really done great work!

I had engaged their service to fix the mould issue on my toilet ceiling. However after only 1 MONTH, the wall started to peel off. I contacted them right way and only was told that the ceiling might have already been damaged by the mould before their service. I would appreciate if this had been told prior to the service and I would not need to engage my own contractor to do my whole bathroom ceiling. Also asked them for some compensation for the trouble that I need to go through but all I got is the extended warranty and repaint service (this should be a given). NOT recommended at all.

The price is very reasonable and the best part was, the price I paid for was 1/2 the amount of what they quoted when they assessed and think that I don’t need a fresh coat of paint, they only charged me for the mould removal. They also suggested what purifier I can get to improve my health upon hearing that I have sinus and was made worse by the mould. Thanks guys for the execellent service delivered!
