★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience, I passed my M6 years ago and was told that they stopped giving out the physical certificates for CFP (already a great disappointment).
Instead I was told that an e-copy would be emailed to me... haven't received the e-cert till now (its been 2 years). Recently sent another email to ask but didn't get a response.
Stopped renewing my membership and i would encourage others to do so similarly
