We thank you very much Francis for the excellent service you’ve provided during our pre-wedding photoshoot and actual day wedding! Your attention to detail and how you want the photos to be perfect made us really excited because we know that our photos are in good hands. Our photos are elegant, classy and beautiful and we love it! Even our guests admired your professionalism. We are so delighted to have you as our photographer! We highly recommend Francis, this guy does magic!

I don't usually give review but we had a very unpleasant experience with Francis from FR Studio as our wedding photographer and would like to share my honest review to prevent others from falling victim especially on your big day. To cut chase to the long story, I will list some of the key problems that arose when we engaged Francis. 1. Unable to deliver work as promised. Invoice clearly stated 10 days service delivery but deadline was not met (more on 2nd point) and did not meet minimum images count or prints. 2. Repeatedly unable to deliver work on time. Have to actively check with him on the supposed date of delivery on 4 separate occasions before work was finally delivered. Got different excuses such as the usual turnaround time is 3-6months (his own agreement to deliver in 10 days), our package is discounted rate (discounted rate means discounted service? Anyway, it was his own quote from the beginning) or its peak session for him. 3. Accusations for being a horrible human being. Accused of being an abnormal couple for not providing meal for him during the 4 hours lunch banquet when my husband and myself did ask him before and after the banquet to eat something that can be charged to our bill. Accused of being inconsiderate and having no empathy when we asked for the photos on the supposed dates of delivery. Bottom line: FR Studio is unable to meet agreement terms yet we were kind enough to extend the delivery deadlines a few times but was being accused and labelled by photographer for non-existent problems that has nothing to do with our agreement. Unable to deliver according to agreement is one thing but being besmirched as a paying customer speaks a lot of his professionalism. After so much delays, personal opinion of the end product is mediocre at best and yes, no apology was given till the time this review was made.

From the first meeting with Francis he was professional and polite. He took some pre wedding photos and we were able to discuss our inspiration and expectations for the day. He was so easy going and mellow, which made us feel so comfortable and at ease. His vision completely matched ours. He worked tirelessly to get every shot possible in the two hours of daylight we had left. I appreciated that he didn’t order us around or make us pose in ways that didn’t fit who we are. The actual photos we received after the edits are exceptional. He captured our once in a lifetime event flawlessly. Not only does he do exceptional work, he is also the sweetest photographer out there. Safe to say we plan on using him for every photo session in the future. We can’t recommend him enough. The small details of the personalized flash drive, to the video montage, he excels at what he does. He has the creative eye and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks again Francis!!

My experience with Francis was fantastic. Let's face it, photographers can be expensive, so I wasn't looking to break the bank for my newborn photos. Francis was not only affordable, but a true professional in every sense of the word. He came prepared with his gear and had a full shot list so we could be efficient as possible before my little one had a meltdown. He also asked for my opinion during the editing process, which was a nice touch. What set him apart though was his personality. Unlike other photographers who watch the clock and charge you for the min you go over, Francis shot until we had what we needed (and then some!). I would highly recommend him for the value of his service!
