The store located in one of the most crowded tourist street but all staffs speak Chinese. But the most impoliteness is that while I was asking for store address to book Grab, the staff THREW the business card rudely to the table and very impolite attitude (she glanced me), and even I bought the pork here but they have no “Thank You” word. All of the staffs.
I felt so disapointed and regret visiting and buying food in here.
Please don’t go there if you want your vacation to be fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store for order collection after unsuccessful collection a week ago (oos then). The doors were shut at 8.42pm when the store is supposed to close at 9pm. The staff (Rika) refused to response when I knocked at the door. Luckily another staff answered the call after I walked away to phone the store. To my dismay, the particular staff rudely interrupted when the elder staff helped to confirm my orders. Terrible service! Will not reorder! Still, I would like to thank the staff who answered the phone and helped me with the collection :)

I am their signature freshly grilled bai kwa fan. Whenever we go to Chinatown, we would get a pack of it. It is reasonable priced, pretty tender and tasty. I am glad to try their new Mala bak kwa, it is not as spicy as I thought it would be, would be good if they provide spicier option too. The Mala favor is pretty manageable. The salted egg floss is tasty, I like to put it in plain congee ?
