Have you ever bought a condo from this company? All they care about is making as much profits as possible in the expense of the purchasers. The quality of their condos such as Suites @ Bukit Timah, Urban Vista and Parc Elegance are way below standard. Not sure how they get away with it especially in a country like Singapore.

Bought a house from these guys. After several years we found some water leaks, looks like the builders stuffed plastic sealant into some cracks and crevices instead of doing the right and proper job. . Asked from plans but they Fragrance, well they simply don't care. In fact the receptionist acted like she was the Group owner. So RUDE she was. Really Really rude. Even when I tried to help them regarding the poor performance of their building contractor they simply wouldn't listen. So I'm not buying shares in this company for sure.. And once i sell this house I'll not buy another Fragrance house. And as far as this post is concerned, i can guarantee that they'll be defensive, whereas a good business would sit back and listen and take the necessary corrective actions..
