Sign this package on a roadshow . Did explain about the extra costs that indicated in the paper. But Didn’t expect after all the shooting . When choosing of final photo . Need to pay so much extra out of the package we sign (3k plus). In the first place didn’t even explain about additional charges . Abit hard selling , keep saying this nice etc . Keep rushing for payment too. The only down thing is the terms and condition should have clearly stated in the receipt that was given to us . When choosing gown etc service was good . Photographer , makeup artist was great .

Overall great experience. Photographer and make up artist are really professional and experience. Really satisfied with the end product as well.

Great: We are glad to engage them for our pre wedding shoot. Esther is professional in helping me with my dress and patient with my feedbacks and the MUA Candy is decisive in the style and confident to make me pretty after checking with me the look I want. Reason for a 4 star rating: Hard selling. This happen during the photo selection day. We were not allow to view the photo until we go through a round of persuasion to add more photos... The total persuasion took us 1.5 hours and we were already tired. After a long mental battle, and we have to spend some money to add some photo. This is because if we choose not to add anything, we have to pay for other compulsory items (which were not emphsized to us previously), my fiance decided to just pay for some photos so that we can move on. But it was an unhappy experience. Finally, we get to select the photos.. We didnt make good decision in photo selection, coz we are drained. The next day, we both hope to have another session of photo selection and we're glad that Mia accepted our request and we had peace to review our selection without the sales person. It seems that different one have different role. Not to mention name, if the sales person can be more understanding.... The experience will be great.

COVID has caused this France Paris Bridal to be extremely desperate. We paid $5000 for our package, only to find out there were many hidden costs. Such as courier fees of the printed album - they will send it to your house and the price is “floating” and “flexible”. So it can be 1kg = $100. You wouldn’t know. They said they are unable to confirm how much it is. There was also hard selling during photo selection, to try to upsell you a bigger album and each picture is $80. I suggest you go to a more honest bridal shop. Their gowns are also limited. PS: all their contracts are in traditional mandarin. No English version. So you won’t know what you are signing. You are at their mercy.

My wife and I enjoyed our experience with France Paris Bridal. We booked their service though a BOWS exhibition 1.5years ago. Since then, Mia has always been readily available to respond to any queries we had throughout the whole journey with them. From the discussion of photoshoot, to the gown selection and reception decorations, we were really satisfied with the service that they have provided. Took pre-wedding photo package with France Paris Bridal. Hailey had very good taste in gown selection and Hu Sir is super awesome at taking photos. Sandy was my make up artist, she is very experienced and easy to get along with. Love all the hairstyles she has done for me. Photos turned out to be better than expected.

Great experience booking our bridal package with FRANCE PARIS BRIDAL. It all started off during a bridal fair and we were serviced by Vicky. Lots of perks thrown in as it was a bridal fair but we decided to go ahead with FRANCE PARIS BRIDAL as they were very flexible and sincere. Fast forward to gown and suit selection. We were introduced to Esther who helped us from start to end. From the pre-wedding photo shoot, to the actual day gowns & suits, her patience through it all and friendliness made the entire experience a great one. During photo selection process (for photo album), Yvonne helped us a great deal by providing us with her advices and patience. She even helped in the selection of the frames where there were too many to choose from (spoilt for choice). Special thanks to Candy my wife's make up artist for both the PWS & actual day. Special thanks to MX (PWS photographer), Jeffery (Actual day photographer), and last but not least Charles (Actual day videographer). The videos, photos and make up were all on point and both my wife and I were happy we went with FRANCE PARIS BRIDAL. Although it's sad to say goodbye to them, the entire experience was above our expectations and we will definitely recommend FRANCE PARIS BRIDAL to anyone who's looking for a great bridal vendor to assist in their marriage journey.

Our overall experience with their wedding package including pre-wedding photoshoot and actual day gown rental, photoshoot ablum etc was quite good. Our coordinator Esther was helpful and friendly. It was nice talking and having her to assist us with the gown fitting. She would always give us advices to prep us for our shoot or wedding day. When we requested to change our pre-wed photoshoot day, she also assisted to arrange the changes promptly and reassuring that everything will be okay. However, sometimes she may be quite busy or on leave thus not able to reply to text or call. As she was busy, it's difficult for her to keep up and text to clients regarding on special dates such as for final fitting or things to bring or look out for on photoshoot days or actual day. I feel that it will be better if there's simple reminder on the special dates etc to give more reassurance to client. Before the photo selection for pre-wedding shoot, she also said that we will be getting 50 different edited photos after confirming 2-3 times with her, but when the actual day of photo selection, it's 30 photos only. My husband and I understand the situation and thus did not make a big fuss on the number of edited photos too. We are thankful that Yvonne, on the day of photo selection give us some private time to choose the pre-wedd photo selection and not too much of a hard core selling. Otherwise, we will be even more turn off and dissapointed as we are not able to get the expected photos qty. Our makeup artist Candy was very professional, friendly, kind and the makeup, styling for both PWS and AD was beautifully done! Really kudous to her as she will always assist me with any questions that I've asked and would give me good advices too. The photographer Jeff was our PWS photog! Jeff was very professional and making the whole PWS to start and end smoothly! Jeff also guided us on how to post and making the photos to turn out well! The photographer Hu Sir was very professional and humorous and overall actual day photo taking experience was enjoyable. All the photos on actual day turn out quite decent just that some shots are not taken properly or did not retake the shots again thus a little disappointed. The items in the package did turned out well. Overall was a good experience but it can be better :)
