โ โ โ โ โ Have used many corp sec firms over the last 30 years for my companies. There are premium and reputable ones but you need to pay through your nose like $2k to $3k per annum. Any below $600 per annum are the low end firms with no professionalism, no knowledge or very slow response or no response. Having renewed my contract over last 3 years with this firm, I would say I am very happy with their very affordable fees and most importantly, better than expected services than most firms that I've paid about $600 to $800 per annum. Those business friends and associates I have referred to them said likewise.

โ โ โ โ โ They are one of the few that can do a proper job. In business for 40 years now, have used many corporate secretarial companies before. Still using 2 old firms due to relationships. This firm so far shows integrity and professionalism. Very reasonable fee. Good for business people who wants proper job done. Referred a few friends. All so far are happy. Judge and try for yourself if you are looking around.

โ โ โ โ โ Follow their tnc carefully before you make the payment and also verify hard on the advice they give. It may differ from what the govt has. I m not sure why is there such difference but I m sure they can advise more. To think I been with u for years n still can have diff info each time. Paul u r nice but ur guys aint
