Mel is my life saver! She saved me from my procrastination in writing the copy for my website. She isn't just a copywriter but one who is extremely professional, organised and level headed. She was in complete control of the work flow and gives sound advice whenever I needed another brain to pick. That helped me a lot in decision making and getting work done. She is also knowledgable in customer's behaviour when browsing a website hence she was able to advice on the style of writing and the content that will appeal to consumers. Actually I would give even more stars, if that's possible. I was looking for someone who could help me translating my newly drafted brand strategy into copy for my website. I knew due to Mel's incredible talent she could help me, and so she did, but what I was really impressed with was the whole communication. Her system in place is high-end advanced and most comfortable for me as her client. Reading the first draft, I understood she did her homework in adjusting to my tone and vibe.
