★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm living nearby hence Fresh Pick has always been my go to place to get groceries. I find that the items are all very affordably priced and the range is diverse.
The reason why I'm giving a 1 star is because of their extremely rude and uncultured behavior namely the cashiering staff. The shop owner is extremely helpful to do an exchange for me but the cashiering staff were laughing and making snide remarks. The eggs were clearly contaminated with mould and the right thing to do would be to ensure customer safety instead of questioning his/her intelligence.
Shame on them and I would rather go to a further supermarket than to go through such an unpleasant experience for the sake of saving a few bucks.
