★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambience and decor and a very group-friendly dining option! Ordered the Sichuan string beans, truffle tofu, Sichuan mala dumplings, and smoked duck pecking wrap. The string beans were definitely a favourite - flavourful and just the right level of mala & spice! I personally preferred a thinner wrap for the smoked duck, but my friend enjoyed the ones they gave which are slightly on the more floury side. The mala dumplings were thick and juicy and the mala broth it came in was surprisingly light without compromising on taste! Last but not least, the truffle tofu was very crispy and snack-able and brought a good balance to the rest of the dishes which were heavier on the palette (although maybe next time we may ask for truffle oil as a side dip, a tip from another reviewer!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had dinner on a Saturday evening. The place was modern and hip, giving off a nice vibe.
We enjoyed the sweet and sour pork, hakka pork belly & egg fried rice and prawn rolls.
The service was also great - polite and attentive staff. Was a perfect place for a small celebrations and business get-together.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for comfort food with a side of chilled beer, Fu Lin Bar & Kitchen is definitely the place to be. Have a bite of their crispy prawn rolls, fried to golden perfection and well-paired with a savoury sweet sauce.
Enjoy the rich burst of pork bone broth from their Xiao Long Bao elevated by its black vinegar and chopped ginger dip - delicate yet simply irresistible.
Not to forget, their Hakka Pork Belly & Eggs Fried Rice, Yong Tau Foo and Pork Ribs were equally flavourful.
Better yet, reward yourself with Happy Hour drinks if you’re in the area on weekdays from 3PM to 7PM. Cheers!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing that strikes you about the restaurant is the amazing ambience and decor of the place! The entire experience was further elevated by the friendly & knowledgeable staff, especially Yumi who served us. She gave us great recommendations regarding the dishes to order and the special “hacks” to enjoy each dish to the fullest.
We ordered the Truffle Tofu, along with the Hakka Pork Belly & Eggs Fried Rice. The Truffle Tofu was a fragrant and special dish of generous portion, which remained crispy throughout the entire meal, much to our delight! Pro tip is to ask for truffle oil on the side for dipping, as the tofu themselves do not have much truffle taste. The Hakka Pork Belly & Eggs Fried Rice was especially flavourful, and was fried to perfection. The pork was rather unique flavour as well, similar to a braised meat marinate. It had a crispy exterior but juicy interior, making it a great complement to the fried rice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a friend a week ago. Ordered the fried pork, spicy eggplant, prawn and egg fried rice, and mala dumplings. Very satisfied with overall food quality though portions were a bit on the small side (good for sharing if you go in small groups of small to average eaters). Did not try many drinks though the bar looks promising. Nice ambience overall suitable for both dates and friend outings. If you want to eat solo (will cause very big damage to your wallet though) also can, as their inside seating feels very cosy and offers enough privacy that you won't feel awkward even with others sitting around you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not your traditional Yong Tau Foo, and was a very different concept from the other Fu Lin restaurants i have visited. The menu was much more diverse and most of the dishes had a different twist from our local food. I thoroughly enjoyed the Chicken skewers as i was very tender and juicy! The serving on the skewer was also twice as much as your traditional satay stall. I also had the Iberico Pork, which was perfectly seasoned a very great dish to go along with some beer! Overall had a lovely experience and would love to try the other dishes on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a convenient location in the heart of CBD, this joint has quite a nice decor, paying homage to the early eras of modern China.
Food wise it was quite the delight, with my personal favorite being the Mala dumplings as well as the skewers - flavorful and the dumplings packing quite the spicy punch, which was exactly what I was hoping for.
Would definitely return to try out the other stuff in its menu - friendly staff + the chill vibes being also reasons for me wanting to visit this place again. Highly recommended for like gatherings over dinner with friends who work around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant has a very homey and comfortable vibes. The fried rice was extremely fragrant and delicious, and so was the xo carrot cake which possesses a very unique taste as well. Overall a great place to hang out with friends and family with many different yummy dishes to eat at the same time. Will definitely come back again in the near future!
