If you want to visit, be prepared for a crazy long wait. Arrived at 11.30am on a Saturday, and only saw the doctor at almost 4pm. The main problem is the receptionists at the registration counter. If you're new, don't expect them to give you any instructions, they will simply tell you to sit outside and queue. If you ask more questions, they will snap at you. I suggest the clinic look into hiring people who have the right temperament or attitude to work in a clinic.

The doctor is very skilled and helpful. However they have really bad management staff, they will anyhow give you number and it’s not according to when you queue. The aunties at the counter is very rude and has bad attitude. Please change your staff as they are super rude and when you ask a question they just snap at you.

Clinic has 2 doctors. Husband and wife team. Husband does acupunture and often crowded with many elderly patients. I only seen his wife, Dr Su who is very friendly and easy to talk to. Feels very comfortable seeing her every time. Managed to treat my cold feet and hands within 1 month of taking her meds. Body feels better and less cold. Definitely recommend Dr Su to anyone interested in TCM. Seen several other famous TCM doctors but meds always dont suit me and end up falling sick with sore throat. Meds are given in powder form. No need to boil, simply add water. Reviews says the aunties managing the clinic are rude, i would beg to differ. They have to manage so many patients and do everything. On top of that, most of their patients can elderly, so they need to sometimes raise their volume to be heard clearly. So i think having a stern firm loud voice will help to make their job easier and everything going smoothly for everyone. I am completely a ok with that. Just show them some kindness and be even nicer to them, they are actually quite friendly! Can be quite crowded at times. Be prepared for a long wait especially in the mornings. If not enough seats to wait, simply walk around the lovely neighbourhood or have a snack at McDonalds next door. Parking is always full in the car park, long waiting time with not many lots, so i always park directly opposite the clinic(around block 113) and walk across the road.

Super RUDE receptionist. We patients have to subject to her temper. Wait for her at the counter, she ignored you pretend to do other thing, when you just seated, she called for your name. She snap at her patients, see people at angle eye, simply ignore others, but talked to Dr Neo differently. I suggest use $100 of salary as incentive and start deducting for each bad review received. So many people already gave bad reviews about her, she still has her upper hand on her poor patients because q no, appointment, payment all in her hand. LOUSY service.

RUDE NURSES/CLINIC ASSISTANTS The doctors are very kind, helpful and nice, but the old nurses/clinic assistants are the rudest ever. Extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and always angry for some reason. They are always angry, snaps at anyone who asks them a question although it’s their job to address queries. I called them in advance on Wednesday for my wife to ask about the opening hours and confirm that the doctors are working. They told me the operating hours on Sunday is in the afternoon for this week. As it’s not our first time there, I clarified multiple times to confirm that for this week, it’s opened on Sunday afternn given that for Sundays it’s usually opened in the mornings, and one of the clinic assistant aunties snapped at me and said sarcastically in Chinese β€œwell if it’s opened in the mornings, I would have said that isn’t it”, and hung up. Anyway, I was used to that type of attitude from them so I brushed it aside. Now when I just went down on the Sunday at 130pm to queue for the afternoon session, one of the clinic assistants was closing up, and when I clarified to say that but they told me it was opened on Sunday afternoon this week, the same clinic assistant just shouted at me for getting it wrong, and completely didn’t take any responsibility for the wrong information she provided. It is truly a shame that the clinic has such rude and unprofessional clinic assistants. The doctors really deserve better support and help, and so do the patients. I understand that they have many patients to manage, however, in their line as nurses or clinic assistants, it must be part of the job description to be at least reasonably polite, particularly when none of the patients are there because it’s a wonderful fun experience seeing a doctor. All the patients there have some sort of ailment that requires medical attention. Also I simply don’t understand what the clinic assistants get out of being so rude to everyone. It would be a much better experience if the clinic assistants learn to have a better attitude. In fact, the ridiculously long queue and inefficient queue system is probably largely due to the failure of the clinic assistants and nurses to manage the patients queue system properly. I strongly suggest Dr Neo and Dr Su consider changing the clinic assistants to others who actually want to do the job, and are equipped to manage the demands of running the front desk at a clinic.

Haven't stepped into the clinic, just over the phone experience is terrible enough. Counter staff who picked up the call has ultra bad attitude and has the cheek to tell visitors to NOT COME AND VISIT as they are too busy to handle us. Yes, OK to voice out your opinion but at least speak in a better tone and provide alternative. Staff made ME look like the bad guy for raising voice while she talk in a frustrating tone.

Dr Su is caring and knowledgeable. Have yet to try to meds prescribed. This review is solely for the receptionists. After consultation, we stood outside clinic for 30mins. Went in and sat down because we felt faint. Waited a total of 1hr and realised that the meds were at the counter the entire time. The receptionist was having a casual conversation with another patient instead of ensuing that the accumulated medications are dispensed in a timely manner. The receptionist was immensely rude and condescending. She said that she saw us waiting for a long time and claimed that she had called out our names loudly and multiple times, she even challenged us to ask the other patients. She rudely said, "next time just come up to the front desk to ask". I strongly implore the doctors to retrain their receptionists, or replace them entirely. Based on the other reviews, this is definitely not a one off experience. TL;Dr The doctors are nice and professional. But the receptionists have the worst attitude and are unprofessional.

Doctors are friendly and kind and have much experience in this line. Treatment for sprains and related injuries are very good, and acupuncture really leaves you feeling much better after that. The receptionist can appear to be a little impatient but that’s usually during peak hours when there’s many customers to serve. If not, you will find them to be very friendly and chatty.
