There is this loud, long hair young lady who is very dishonest. Lied to me about not being able to adjust the image just to get you out of the way then will change her tune when you collect it and realised its not the way you want. Have the audacity to collect full express charge to correct the mistake. Didnt want to argue with her and make a scene. Experience with the other staff were good, especially the soft spoken lady who was here since a few years ago (previously long hair, now cropped short).

Went there to scan some documents. Literally there was no customer at that time, but both staff did not even care to attend, instead they carried on with some work that they were doing. Waited for a while and had to leave since both staff were busy with their own things. Very poor customer service.

Fuji Film is located on the lower level of Woodlands Plaza by the Money Changer. They do film developing, prints from digital media, make passport photos and photo books. Other sundry items such as accessories, photo frames and the like are available. Good prices on passport and ID card photos.

Today I print S8R x 2 photos at Fujifilm, Causeway point B1 level beside the pet shop there,, and I ask the staff to cut for me the sides but she replied they don't do it. Or worst they charge 50 cents per photo,, I will not ask if it was not done before for me by other staff.. The lady did ask me who do it and I replied its a plum Chinese girl last week.. I was very upset because a week ago I went there and had the same size printed and their staff did cut for me the top part 1cm and she didn't mention of any charge or they don't do it.. Why very inconsistent service??? ..and why would u charge customers if the printing of photo is done there as well??? . Staff very lazy to cut or just making lame excuses not to do it.. Now I see all the past review from disappointed customers like me and I do agree that the service is very bad. U just ruin my day.. Very very very bad...

Staff arent attentive, very slow, unfriendly, very bad customer service. Made me wait for almost 2hr. I came by at around @8:20+, none of the staff bother asking me if i needed any help printing and they only attend one customer. At about 8:40pm i was told to come back after 30mins to collect .. i then came back @ 9:20pm and mine still havent ready but customers after me got theirs already .. staff literally communicate in mandarin infront of me and one of them said there isnt any photos to print out when i have given them my receipt.. and I was told to wait again , so i waited .. came back 15mins later they were eating and one of them saw me and came out to pass me mine but turns out they printed out a wrong one (other customer’s) i was told to wait for 3mins and they made me wait for another 10mins .. very disappointing .. wasted my time .. i have plans btw and had to postpone. Please improve on your service..

I was there to collect some films with my thumb drive last night (25 March 2022, 7.40pm). There were 3 staff ladies in there. They were grumbling loudly in Mandarin, complaining 'why is there a queue at this hour? Did they all take the same mrt here?' I was shocked by how they managed to say such things loudly infront of their paying customers. None of the customers were being rude, they including me were all waiting patiently in line. The staff taking photos of customers for passport was extremely rude to the malay family and ask them to hurry up in Mandarin because she is having her dinner. It is a Friday night and the staff should have expected a surge in customers and plan their dinner time around it instead of showing unhappiness and shouting. Overall, experience there was a disaster and they messed up my photos too because they were not paying attention to my requests.

Send my film camera for developing at this store and it took a month to developed. Called to ask if i could get the photos earlier because it was kind of urgent and earliest is 3 weeks but then it was still delayed for a week. The staff were also not informative of the period it took for them to developed the films and only told me when i came down one week after sending my camera roll thinking the photos were ready to be collected. Wasted trip. Staff there was also unfriendly and not welcoming. Not coming back to this store ever.

Please update this store opening hours on google map to 10.30am and not making all your customers waiting outside your shop since 10am , and worst your staffs are enjoying breakfast in the shop while all of us waiting outside the shop ;( some had walked off and sadly you are losing business on early morning, please improve
