Ivan from the Service Team had on 23 Sep morning called me, explained in full details and provided advices on what would happen next and at 2pm, 2 very kind and helpful elderly men from FUJIOH had arrived at my parents’ place to resolve the issue. Kudos to prompt follow-up and great service from everyone involved. Keep up the great work!

Ivan provided his advice and was extremely patient with my many queries. He also arranged someone to come to my place to help with the servicing. I am very satisfied with his quality service and advice and highly recommend anyone to approach him.

They took the effort to understand the issue resolved it from a very customer-centric point. x	xian chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Fujioh office for purchase of spare parts for my cooking hob, the lady is very helpful on the phone. Went down the office and Mr Melvin attended me and later realise my existing problem with my cooking hob, he advised me to change a new hob instead of spending the same amount of money for the spare parts. Melvin very patiently explain two different model and with his expertise he assure me the measurements is no problem. The order is smooth and installation men is very helpful too, help to clean up pile up oil stains n very pleasant experience with Fujioh. Now I am considering buying an oven from Fujioh . Well done Fujioh, the process is super professional and glad I made this purchase.Thumbs up!

K	Kian Kong Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very grateful for the technical advice provided by Fujioh beyond just selling the spare part. One of the burners of my gas hob began to cut off 5 sec after lighting up. I consulted Fujioh service department and they recommended some trouble shooting instructions. After determining that it was a thermocouple failure, I bought a spare from them and installed it myself. When it did not work after installation, I sought their advice again. Based on their experience, they asked me to observe if the flame touched the thermocouple. I noticed that it didn't. That was an important realization. After I adjusted it and cleaned the tiny slot directing gas towards the thermocouple, it worked. I appreciate their willingness to offer advice instead of just sending a technician down.
