★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use Fujitsu aircon nearly for 4 years. Last Tuesday Our aircon was spoilt and we called the service center and they schedule the appointment on Fri (it was a long waiting time) On Fri, we paid $85 for checking fee and the issue is still not resolved cause, the guy told us he needs to get some parts and can only fix next Mon. So for the whole week, the office was humid.
We bought the aircon in 2013 and there are many hiccups and issues till date. Bad quality, bad service and air con life span is really short. Changing of spare part also very expensive.
Previously I used other brand aircon and have been using it more than 10 years and they are still in good working condition.
Please don't buy this aircon : Fujitsu!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Fujitsu Inverter 3 in 1 Aircon on 24 May 2012. The only time the aircon worked without breaking down was the first year. Thereafter, it broke down every few months. In 3 years, it has broken down at 5 times.No wonder the warranty only covers one year.
I have had a bad experience with Fujitsu Aircon Product. I would advise anyone wants to buy a Fujitsu Product to reconsider.
