Never been to this shop but seeing his replies, CMI. Keep arguing with people's comment. You should self reflect! Dont bother to reply me with your nasty words because I wouldnt be bothered. Your shop will close down one day without sales as well.

I actually bought my items about 2 years ago when I was still working in Singapore. It was a pre-order. Owner was communicative and updated me on status until the items finally arrived. I give this transaction and service level a full 5 stars. I hope to see you again! Richard (Philippines)

In my years of experience buying toys, this shop is my first encounter of rude service. Bought from them many years ago but did not experience such unpleasant conversation to whoever was on the phone indicated in their carousell. I wanted to arrange for toy pick up after offer made in carousell and no response from them so I called their number. The staff or owner screamed at me asking why didn't I follow the instruction (your carousell indicated the number to call to arrange for pick up). I was shocked as all I wanted to do was to pick the stuff I bought at the shop and he even got the cheek to ask me why make things difficult for him (how did I make things difficult by calling to check if I can collect my stuff?). Having said that, to whoever is looking at their reviews, kindly bear in mind the rude abuse from them you have to endure if you decide to call them and please ask yourself if you are willing to go through this. Their low ratings simply elaborate their service level. P.S Owner replied with a sorry and then follow up with a sarcastic remark just says so much about him. I accept his 'sincere' apology and wish him all the best.

*EDITED* If you do not wish to serve anyone in your retail shop, just close it. Stop giving everyone attitude that enters it. >> I went 2 months ago, so i have no idea who are these 4 people you are ranting about. Anyway, it just proved my words correct.. you are just an unhappy Grinch finding fault with everyone. Stop giving this hobby a bad reputation. Advice to everyone: There are many other hobbyist's stores in Singapore, do not give business to someone who does not appreciate it.

There's ought to be "just for fun" and "serious" buyers, you ought to deal with it and I know it can be frustrating. Knowing that you might be busy, there might be chance that your product description of the listing might not be up to date either. Hopefully, your service can be improve, thanks. Bad experience. Owner either choose to ignore enquires or simply can't be bothered. Read these reviews and thought they were just hate messages, but sadly some were true.

Generally ok if you are preordering, everything is clear and concise, transaction was smooth. But if you are a walk in customer do not expect good service, can't expect patrons to know you don't expect walk in customers when you are located in a mall.
