Mixed vegetables rice is fantastic. Lots of variety and well executed. First time I had wok hei infused caixin. They do the tze char as well.

We have been here many times. Their home made beancurd is our favourite and their cooking in general is not salty nor too oily. Their mixed rice stall has good variety and food on display are still fresh past 6.30pm

Very good zi char store, cooking speed is fast and price is reasonable. Try the sweet and sour pork, it's taste savoury and crispy. Goes well with the rice. The omlette is also fried to a little crispy texture. Sambal Kang Kong is also spicy, and nothing to complain about. Order the staples and all is good

The Thai styled Crispy Pork Knuckle is a delight to savour. The mango sauce is at perfect balance of both sweet and sour blend. The knuckle is perfectly cooked and succulent. A must have if you patronise this neighbourhood zichar stall.

Dishonest cashier, kitchen crews. 1. Ordered assam fish w rice. Asked for fish body meat. 28/4/2022, 9.20pm Cashier served fish tail instead. Rejected her on the spot. She went back to argue with kitchen crew. Crew shouted “just take it back”. No action after few minutes. Notice the cashier went to stand at a far corner. Gestured at her what’s the action now. She reluctantly walk over and ask what I want from her. Told her it’s rejected what the heck she is not doing a thing! Reluctantly took back the dish, and quickly come back to say kitchen has no more fish body part. Told her I demand refund, and walk back to the order desk while she walk ahead. Told her off, don’t try to pull a fast one on customer, if you don’t have the part, you can come and discuss with the diner. This moment, witnessed the kitchen crews gesturing to each other, as if blaming someone who had done the change. Totally dishonest gang. I’m not the first time ordering the dish. This would be the last time. If you are the owner of this new business in Canberra, suggest the culprit needs to be fired as a warning to the rest. Sustaining a business is not easy, but having a black sheep with bring down your biz. For sure, no more buying from you. Another past incident that’s about 2 months back. Ordered deep fried Thai trotter for take away + other dishes. Instead packed with cheaper fried cereal prawn. I have took this as a mistake. However, now I would like to discount this as any mistake. You can contact me to take down this comment after something is done by the business owner.

The food is yummy.. but out of 10 times, order wrong/ kena shortchanged thrice already. Anyone there to dabao should check their food before leaving. Mistake not to check cos was carrying a lot of stuff. This time round ordered small fried seafood horfun.. received mock charsiew fried beehoon. =.= so unappetizing.
