My family purchased a set of 7 brand new Daikin aircons and installation. Despite being brand new, some units have gas leak, some units are defective and rattling. This company took full payment upfront but cannot deliver properly. Terrible service. So many problems after so-called testing and 3 visits by service crew! Problem still not resolved. My family is praying that our money has not been wasted.

Took leave from work to wait for them but no one turn up on the rubber range of appointed time. These guys nor their office staff never bother to call up that they can't make it to appointed time or even able to make it at all. And office phone impossible to get through! Yet able to call me the day before that I must be around at appointed time. So basically you just seat around and don't know what's going on. Finally get thru and told me delay and can't even confirm the time. No point to continue.

I just installed system 4 Aircon purchased from best denki. The technicians did an amazing job with the Aircon installation. They were efficient and punctual.. Good job done by installation team.

One of the worst I know of. We purchased our air-con units in Oct 2020 not long after we had the first water leak. We tried to clear and wash our air conditioner. It was good for a few months, but it came back eventually so we had no choice and had to find an aircon expert to help with the situation. Out of curiosity, we asked what happened. He said the water pipe should be 15mm instead of 13mm. We understand we are using our existing pipes if we had known in the first place that we would have it all changed, all this could be avoided, and our cupboard and tables wouldn't be soaked and spoilt. All I can say their workers are lazy to change, because they need to move the funiture and climb out. Moreover, we send a message via their website but no respond and after 2 weeks I called their office. They said they will arrange but no one call. So after a week I called again... Always empty promises. Not sure why best denki still use the as Sub-Contractor.

I always placed trust and confidence in Fusion Aircon & Electrical Services which was why I remained a regular using their aircon services for close to 9 years. Their dedicated staff professionalism, attentiveness and technician services on the job are up to expectation. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I engaged Fusion Aircon to install my condo for my system 5 ( 2 condensing 5 FCU) I would like to say that their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable With changing the full set piping. My job need to cut my ceiling and patching back also. I save my time to engage another ceiling contractor. Well done

Bought system 3 Daikin from Best Denki 2 years ago and they are the contractor. The worst experience i have is 2 years old aircond leaking every 2 months (sometimes every month). Please check who is the installer before you decide to purchase aircon. They provided 3 years workmanship warranty and i dont even want them to come back.

The Aircond installer’s incompetence was truly reflected when they have wrongly inserted the wiring in the Fan coil and compressor causing sparks from both units. It triggered the circuit breaker to trip and the brand new Aircond fail to operate. The installer quickly dismantle the compressor and checked the circuit board. He is not authorized to do that and the installer insist that it was a defect with the Aircond unit that caused the spark. Do ensure that your staff are competent first before sending them out for installation! Integrity of staff is important, if it’s a mistake made by your staff, get them to admit it!
