Ethel inspires a lot of confidence not only because of her deep knowledge and professional expertise, but how genuine her care for customers is. She went beyond the call of duty, being responsive even on weekends and after office hours, was infinitely patient with my many changes and has a great memory for details! Futar's staff were patient in explaining the entire process to us (from selection to installation) and further supported by our amazing ID. I would imagine some people, especially first timers might not have the technical knowledge and experience to understand.

Ms Sylvia is extremely professional and knowledgeable in her work and she recommends very practical choices for us. The installer especially the master is great in his skills and my new place is done perfectly in quality sense.

The fact that they wanted full payment before the installation should have been a red flag. They delivered a granite top with the wrong measurement and insisted that it will look ok after installation. Bunch of liars. Even the island top was measured wrongly. For your sanity, avoid at all cost. Want to point out Susan in particular for delaying everything and hiding instead of taking any responsibility. Kudos to you.

They are very knowledgeable and experienced, and were extremely patient with us from the start, showing us around their showroom and helping us decide our material according to our budget. We got our Vitra toiletware from them as well. They were able to advise us that the initial taps that we wanted were too short for the sinks that we had chosen, and even showed us through a makeshift sink on the spot. As a home owner going through stressful reno, it was a relief that we were told in advance. Not having to worry about the installation was a relief, as they were very professional. I am very happy with their workmanship and will definitely highly recommend them.
