★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dishonest . I've paid 6 months advance for my monthly parking in my apartment . Been on time for years. When my car was sold , I have double checked with finance for refund of unused months and she said ok to refund . I've filled in form , sent and followup for 6 weeks .
4-5x no replies on emails , called and gave delayed excuses on no firm date of refund .
Low integrity for such a large parking company .

If can shut your company down, your system is so outdated it’s not helpful to any of us, you customer service takes days to reply and not even detailed on what should be present or anything
So many companies are so advanced on their parking system and customer service, I don’t see anycustomer service recovery or even treating your customer with best,
You guys make so much money by charging the parking fees so high but have the worst customer service and worst system, for shop owners like us this is unfair you don’t even grant coupons for our customer, I’m gonna write in togather with building owners to remove your contract if possible. This is not the way !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dishonest company run by dishonest people. all the 5-star reviews canmot be any more fake. whatever you do, dont even try to engage or be in contact with this company at all. you park illegally outside also better than entering this company's carpark. worst customer service, even worse charging/fining/clamping pattern. seriously watch out for carparks run by them.
