I brought this Bluetooth speaker yesterday afternoon from Sim Lim square 3 level as the counter forgotten to give me the receipt.as also I also forgotten to ask her.been a member of the shop and brought alot of items from them.when I return home and try to connect to my phone and cannot connect.i went back today and wanted to change a model that can support my phone.and they knew I brought it yesterday and refuse to change for me and say without receipt I cannot change.is this the way your company treat the customer.anyway I will inform all my friends and put in my Facebook of my experience with your company.. I will stop supporting your company too

Very very poor in handling customer. Today 04-Dec-2018, I came to Gadget mix Hougang mall, the entrance shop to buy I phone charging cable. But the fat guy in the shop called CHRIS (Mentioned in the bill.) treated me so poor. He was very hard to me, I just asked him to check my charging cable after paying cash. he got angry, HE JUST CONNECTED TO MY PHONE AND PULLED THE CABLE SO FAST IN ANGER, my phone slipped away from my hands and FELL DOWN. He just throw my phone away. This is the way he treat to customer? Please I request you to fire CHRIS the fat guy from the company.

Not sure whether this feedback will be well received. Just from a personal opinion. Bought on 3rd August from Causeway Point, a power bank with dimmed and not-so-clear battery indicator. The receipt says exchange is allowed as long it's not man made damage. The store manager said upon purchase I was allowed to do so, and the signage also show 3 months warranty. So after 1 day, I asked for an exchange which to my surprise was rejected on the basis it's not a machine defect, on the phone picture (taken by them) it looks ok (whereby my eyes and my phone image show differently). I was not asking for a refund at all. Simply an exchange for the same brand model and item. I had the box, receipt and all the accessories intact. I felt wronged. What's the point of promoting warranty, able to exchange etc if you can't commit. What loss would you get by exchanging? I uswd Google pixel phone to capture that defect. It's wysiwyg. Guess my phone is not powerful enough since it showed differently from the storekeeper phone.

Is bad service, will treat you in very good service when you try to buying something from the shop in sim lim Square gadget mix shop located in level 1, but when your product faulty need to exchange, their pattern is come out ald, totally no patience at all. Wont go again

I would like to compliment the service of your staff Alvin and Royce of Gadget Mix, Sim Lim Square, level 3. Royce patiently attended to all my queries about SDRD karaoke system and tested different karaoke sets, even though I did not buy straight away. I returned on 12 June 2021 to buy as I was impressed by Royce's service. This round, I was served by Alvin as Royce was on leave. Alvin was experienced and humble and showed me how to use the set. I bought the karaoke speaker and when I encountered problem in charging batteries, I returned to the shop on 26 June 2021 and Alvin kindly checked and tested the karaoke speaker. He managed to resolve the issue and assured me that I can return to the shop if I still have queries/issues. I have good buying experience with this shop. Bought their type C cable went home tried on my portable not charging. Went back ask for whether can exchange or refund. Then staff says cannot cos it's working fine while showing me on the spot. Then bring back home and plug into my portable charger for 1hr and try again still not charging. Now I dk what to do with the cable while my new charging cables is otw ? (Both portable and phone is newly bought last week)

This is a very bad shop. I received the following explanation before repairing. Cleaning fee: $ 60 Repair fee: $ 230 * The repair fee will be paid only when the mobile phone is repaired. However, after repair they requested the following. Cleaning fee: $ 60 Repair fee: $ 230 Power supply parts: $ 150 CPU: $ 250 Labor cost: $ 200 Total: $ 890 After a very long negotiation, I paid about 400 dollars. This shop is a scam. Be careful!

IT gadgets may not perform as per designed. Always asked for warranty and exchange policy. Some products are allow to swap one for one if you still keep the receipt. I managed to show purchase record and swapped one wall charger with no charges.
