I am a genuine client of theirs. Of course, I am not using my actual name but I have dealt with their representatives like A****(fruit) & Joseph***.
Took weeks to handle a simple request. Extremely poor follow up with issues. My issue has been outstanding for more than a month and it's still not resolved. C'mon.
