Although I have only been a student for less than a year, Gavin's tuition has really helped me and not just in terms of academics, but also in character. First, let's talk about academics. When I first joined back in November of 2018, I was failing both my sciences (I take pure Physics and pure Chemistry). Under the careful guidance of my teachers, Ms Lye and Mr Lionel, not only am I passing, but I'm passing with flying colours. In my recent preliminary examinations, I managed to attain an A2 in both my Physics and Chemistry! A feat I would never have thought to be possible. Now, let's talk about how they have helped me in terms of my character. As I have previously mentioned, I was consistently failing both my sciences. This was very obviously due to my laziness at the time as there were many more fun things to do than slave around at home to study. My attitude to this all changed one day when Ms Lye sat me down and talked to me for almost an hour straight, helping me understand why studying hard now is crucial for me and helping to work out long-term and, most importantly, fun solutions to this problem. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this tuition centre to any student who is in desperate need of help for their academics as not only would you be able to improve tremendously, you'll have fun doing it. Not only that, you'll also be able to learn in a more holistic way, allowing you to become a better person. Also, as a sidenote for parents, you guys don't need to worry much. Their management of things such as last-minute changes in your child's schedule is really impressive and they are always willing to talk things through with you about your child's behaviour, performance etc.
