★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparing apple with apple, the room is reasonably clean although the toilet (ie hand basin, toilet bowl, door) is slowly coming apart.
The rate of $60 a night is not really unreasonable considering room rates in Singapore are not low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY AT THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A HOTEL! The room is damp, dirty, cramped and small, the bathroom is dirty with cracked tiles, the A/C is extremely dusty, you must pay an additional $15 for the TV remote control and the receptionist is the rudest person I have ever encountered.
