★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call the support for twice, and they told me their carrier had try deliver for twice with bad tone~ but i work from home for the whole day and didn’t receive any deliver at for the re-deliver.

they will just keep it in warehouse for no reason
Even the address just near to it
Do not use this courier service unless you want your parcel arriving next year or missing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who answered the call is really rude and not helpful, called 3 times at different times and days with a hope to get pick up by others but unfortunately the same person who answered my call. My queries on the parcel that was not received after the last update in the e-tracking system was on 2 Dec, the officer said my package already been returned back to the sender on the 3rd Dec. How can i know the update if it is not captured in the system?? duuuuhh

Parcel from 31 December 2021 sent and no update after that and I have not receive any updates instead I am making the effort to call but unsuccessful. I wonder my parcel is idling at the warehouse or on their third party hand for that long. Keep holding it then..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite of their low rate review, I had a very good experience instead.
However my case was sending parcel from SG to MY northern side.
I packed and sealed my parcel readily and I brought the parcel to their office, on Friday afternoon. And then the parcel arrived my home on the following Monday. ? My family was so happy to receive the parcel in good condition.
Really thankful to their service and I will try for home collection next time.
The price is actually reasonable and they told me it will take 2 to 4 working days to reach the recipient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up the centre to enquire my document parcel as it is urgent. From the voice, I’m pretty sure it is the same lady answered by call 2 days in a row. I can understand the work can be overwhelming or limited manpower & etc but the nonchalant response given was really not friendly or any sense of assurance at all.
I called up again and the ladies responded to me very rudely and ask my area immediately and then sigh with response “I’ll get agent to contact you again.” Like seriously….?
Didn’t expect GDEX service this time was super bad experience for me…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service Officer Meena was very helpful. I was expecting some documents from Kuala Lumpur which was couriered on Friday 11th March and arrived @ GDex Singapore warehouse on Monday 14th March late morning. Knowing it will take some more days ( understandably during this pandemic period ) to have have these documents sorted out and be delivered to my home , I decided to go the GDex office to locate the document. Meena took the trouble to locate it at warehouse . And with it, I could get the documents signed off at night . On Tuesday 15th March morning, I went back to GDex office and again Meena helped me pack the documents and got it send back to Kuala Lumpur this evening . Turnaround time & with a high quality of service make the customer experience very pleasant . Thanks Meena.
