★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Painful and traumatizing experiences with this center. Very irresponsible. No response. Inexperienced tutors from this center. Mdm Zhu's behavior is rude and uncultured, not like what an educator should be like. How can we put our kids there? Pretending like nothing went wrong, cover up for their irresponsible behaviors by ignoring/ no response, twisted their words. Yet in turn, blame you back and scream at you so that she can escape responsibility. Talk like a bully.
