★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the quality of work. One of the cleaners used her leg to push my bedframe aside to make way for her ladder, resulting in deep scratches in my parquet. Also, some areas eg mirror, windows, door, were not cleaned thoroughly and I had to get them to redo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a condo that was cleaned by this company before we moved in. Had to mop the floor again twice because it was so sticky and dusty. Blinds full of dust. The fridge was a nightmare with lots of old, melted gunk still stuck. Laissez-faire and lackadaisical attitude of person in charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service provided was not value at all value for money. I had to clean majority of the surfaces again. No marks on floor removed, and I could easily do it myself in minutes. When I arrived back to apartment, they had not cleaned the water drainage, glass in shower not clean. Handles on doors not cleaned and I can go on with more issues. I can not recommend this firm. They spent 4 hours and I am really surprised of the poor result. Only good service was provided by Jeffrey, dry-cleaning the curtains, but this seems to be done by another firm contracted by Genie. When invoice came I was surprised again as price was far more than quoted. They forgot to add cost for curtains...very bad customer service in total. Can not recommend anyone to use this firm.
